1. Achieve 100% primary and &secondary sales target through his team of DSRs and distributors.
2. Supervise and coordinate work of all order bookers/salesmen of the assigned territory.
3. Achieve sales targets of the assigned territory through close monitoring of order bookers/salesmen & distributors
4. Ensure timely implementation of trade promotion, consumer promotion and sales & distribution plans.
5. Ensure proper implementation of trade offers and closely monitor market price of each BUCP brand vs. competition.
6. Ensure availability of BUCP brands as per outlet data and classification.
7. Spend time in the field and establish relations with key retails and wholesale outlets.
8. Ensure implementation of FIFO at distributors &trade level.
9. Ensure visibility of BUCP brands through proper merchandising at trade level.
