National Sales Manager

  • Lead the sales team nationally ensuring delivery of 100% Primary & Secondary sales target through all channels by driving all RSMs and regions
  • Ensure distributors investment as per co policy & Business Requirements
  • Visit customers and plan to improve width & depth of BUCP Brands/SKU’s
  • Implementation of Activities by driving regional sales team
  • Implementation PJP for TSMs/Order bookers and review it on periodic basis
  • Ensure timely payments from credit customers, if any
  • Timely ordering and dispatches of BUCP brands to customers
  • Update competitor activities on time to time basis
  • Ensure On the job trainings of ASMs/TSMs & Order Bookers to make an effective and productive sales call
  • Monitor and track ROI of distributors and prose suggestions to leverage on distributors profitability
  • He needs to maintain flexibility. Job can require him/her to perform tasks that are not clearly defined in job description but aligned with business needs.
