  • 1)    Ensure Sales Target are met for all modern trade customers (Metro, CSD/USC, Imtiaz and Spar
  • 2)    Responsible to ensure all contractual KPIs are executed fully
  • 3)    Expanding the relationships with customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • 4)    Lead contractual negotiations with modern trade customers
  • 5)    Develop strategies and plan for Modern trade customers with the help of NKAM to increase business
  • 6)    Manage day to day activities and operation
  • 7)    Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and develop business plan in accordance
  • 8)    Establish a good business relationship with all the customers
  • 9)    Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • The job holder is to maintain flexibility. The job can require him/her to perform tasks that are not clearly defined in the job description but aligned with the need of business
