• To identify and develop new products in the Non-Graphic Business and conduct market analysis and survey of new
• To develop customer base for new/existing products as per the marketing strategy.
• Arrangement of samples for potential customers and effective follow-up on trials.
SALES, FORECAST & RECOVERIES
• Prepare and achieve sales target of existing portfolio as per the annual sales objectives and Targets
• To generate sales of NG products and ensure collection in the allocated portfolio.
• To obtain tentative order size from customers to help generate sales forecast on monthly basis.
• To ensure monthly sales & collection targets as per the given portfolio.
• To devise remedial action plan for actual vs. projected sales.
CUSTOMER RETENTION & COMPLAINT HANDLING
• To handle customer complaints and where required seek assistance from technical team for problem identification
and resolution in the assigned territory.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMNET
• To develop cordial relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
• To be the point of contact from Die for the customer of given territory.
