1) Maintain liaison with tenants for planning and executing marketing promotions and activities in line with Mall marketing calendar and priorities.
2) Manage with marketing associates for execution of all campaigns, events and activations with the agencies in line with Mall SOPs.
3) Utilize the available data and think of ways to measure the Mall’s performance from a customer and tenant point of view.
4) Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by A.M Marketing.
5) Manage the mall campaign design web, social media, print, and point of sale material visual content (e.g. website banners, Facebook posts, posters, signs, etc.) after discussing it with the line manager and the team.
6) Work closely with the digital agency to generate content for mall website and social media from within the Mall’s organizations well as from all of our tenants. Assign task to the marketing executive to make sure that everything is going smooth.
7) Coordinate between agencies, tenants, and internal departments to ensure our library of visual, graphic, multimedia, print and all other marketing assets is up to date, current, properly licensed, and consistently applied by all users.
8) To make sure that all marketing related documentations are managed accordingly to the procedures given by the company for audit purposes.
9) To make sure that SOPs are followed strictly by the team and procedures.
