§ To build and manage the sales to ensure sales growth and profitability in accordance with business objectives of the company
§ Develop existing and new customers to sell calcium carbonate products as well as distribution products to the local market
§ Analysis the portfolio and define priorities to close the product gaps in line with distribution excellence
§ Manage the roll - out of new products in line with distribution excellence
§ Conduct market analysis to explore opportunities for business growth

§ Post-graduation in Business, Science disciplines or bachelor’s degree in engineering
§ Strong entrepreneurial spirit
§ 2-4 years Sales Management, with proven track record of success preferable in a renowned chemical distribution company
§ Technical and/or sales experience in chemical distribution and/or Industrial mineral products
§ Excellent interpersonal and people management skills, social competence and strong team player
§ High degree of flexibility with strong relationship management & negotiation skills
§ Languages: fluency in Urdu and English
