This position will be in Consumer Division- SALES. The Incumbent will be responsible to achieve 100% primary and secondary sales target within the assigned territory from all channels. Leading 3-4 territory sales managers and their teams to ensure availability, visibility and share of investment. To implement and monitor trade marketing activities at trade & distributor level and generate volume growth as per history and potential. The position requires skills such as communication both verbal and written, planning, basic IT knowledge and negotiation. Should also be cost expertise, should deliver results and should get along with his or her team and keep them motivated with positive attitude.
1. Achieve 100% primary & secondary sales targets through all channels.
2. Ensure distributor investment as per co. policy and business requirement.
3. Visit all FMCG selling shops to improve width and depth of BUCP Brands/SKU’s.
4. Implementation of trade marketing activities at FMCG selling shops with the help pf TSM’s.
5. Design and implement PJP for TSM’s/ order bookers and review it on periodic basis.
6. Ensure timely payments from credit customers, if any.
7. Update competitor activities on time to time basis.
8. Sales data analysis and preparing reports for BUCP HO on regular basis.
9. Ensure proper execution of brand activities as per the given guidelines.
10. On the job training of TSMS & order bookers to make an effective and productive sales call.
