Assistant Manager Payroll

Partners with all stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely and efficient adminstration of payroll.

Input and maintains employee payroll records in SAP, auditing for compliance with company policy, procedures and authorizations with cyclical deadlines. 

Responsible for payroll of employees, handling upcoming queries and liasing with other departments and financial institutions as necessary. 

Produces month end journals and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts as well as assist in prociding payroll information for statutory and tax audits. 

Assist to devleop more efficient, streamlined processes to elimiante manual work focused on automation.
