Role & Responsibilities:
1. Keep check on tenants opening and closing timing.
2. Check on cleaning of all fire exits and corridors.
3. Supervise cleaning of floor.
4. Supervise cleaning of parking.
5. Tenants help in all legal aspects.
6. Check on both wheel chair counters.
7. Collection of tenant’s sales on daily basis.
8. Collection of footfall from all 6 entries.
9. Keep check on maintenance of acrylic standees on floor.
10. Constant check on MBM staff.
11. Facilitate customers as per your authorities.
12. Stop all uninformed activities from tenants or outsiders.
13. Inspection of canteen sitting area.
